These photos feature the Mother Marianne display in the Smithsonian "Catholic Sisters in America" exhibit. Featured within the main exhibit (above photo) is a copy of the original poem to Mother Marianne by Robert Louis Stevenson (see left and bottom left photo), and the original scales Mother Marianne used for medicine (pictured also in the left photo). Mother Marianne was considered to have the skills of a pharmacist. The bottom right photo shows a close up of what is written on the main display shown above.

The exhibit also includes an ongoing projector setup of black and white slides and three sets of video interviews.

Blessed Marianne Relic

A few devotees of Blessed Marianne sent on the article featured below in Archeology to the Cause Office. The relic has been returned to the Cause holdings and is preserved with others taken in 2005 from the grave.
